These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, websites, and services provided by Lavndr LLC("Lavndr", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
Lavndr LLC operates out of Washington, United States. We build and provide software intended to help merchants operate point-of-sale and related workflows. We aim to keep these Terms simple and understandable.
Acceptance & Eligibility
You may use our services only if you can form a binding contract with Lavndr and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you use the services). If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the services. This includes, for example, not attempting to access systems without authorization, not interfering with the normal operation of the services, and not using the services for unlawful activity. You are responsible for your account and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Changes & Availability
We may add, change, or remove features; and we may suspend or end the services. We try to provide notice of significant changes when reasonable. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We operate out of Washington, United States, and our services are intended to be used in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local, state, federal, and other applicable laws where you use the services. Where required by applicable local law, those requirements control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavndr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the services or other users. You may stop using the services at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date shown at the top of this page.
